How In Person Sessions Work
Set Up an Appointment
You will receive a confirmation email letting you know we have received the sample, and we will schedule a session by phone or email. Once a time and date are scheduled, we will send you a Confirmation of the scheduled appointment.
Bring your Pet or Bring a Hair or Nail Sample to the Appointment
Bring your Pet to the session. If your Pet can not attend, the alternative would be to Brush your Pet's hair or cut your Pet's nails and bring it to the session.

How Online Sessions Work
Send Hair or Nail Sample
Brush your pet's hair or cut your pet's nails and mail the sample to Tamara Pizhadze 61-35 98th Street 10K, Rego Park, NY 11374. Make sure to put your Name down and your pet's Name, Date of Birth, gender, and the type of animal we are scanning and email
Recieve Confirmation and Scheduling a Session
You will receive a confirmation email letting you know we have received the sample, and we will schedule a session by phone or email. Once a time and date are scheduled, we will send you a Zoom link
Have the Online Session
On the session date, click the provided link to start a session that lasts up to 1 hour.
